Board Development
The initial stage in the board development process is closely and objectively examining strengths and weaknesses of the current board. After the review, c/s duncan provides a tailored orientation to equip the board with all of the necessary tools that promote success. We'll also train them specifically to meet the fundamental challenges of fundraising head-on.

The effectiveness of a new non-profit rests in the formation and ordering of its new board. We provide counsel in all matters relating to board organization, recruitment and completion, developing charters and by-laws, establishing volunteer job responsibilities for board members, governance, and meeting protocol.
