Jim has over 15 years of background in non-profit fund-raising and non-profit management. He has a broad base of experience in the field including employee campaigns, major giving, special event management, planned giving, capital campaigns, and endowment giving.

Jim has worked with a broad base of non-profit organizations from large to small with success at every stop. His experience includes serving as Area Director for the United Way of the Mid-South, Director of Annual Giving and Special Events for the American Heart Association, Development Associate for the Baptist Memorial Hospital Foundation and most recently as Chief Advancement Officer for Presbyterian Day School.

Jim is a 1988 graduate of the University of Kansas. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Leadership Academy and is a Leadership Fellow of the same organization.
